Clenbuterol binds to type 2 beta receptors in human muscle and adipose tissue. After this, a number of biochemical reactions are launched that increase the synthesis of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP).

Cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) activates enzymes that mobilize fatty acids from adipose tissue cells (adipocytes).

The 2015 human experiments confirm the ability of clenbuterol to maintain muscle on drying and accelerate protein synthesis, which makes the drug relevant for bodybuilding.

I am sure that you will benefit from my experience with Clenbuterol. In detail, I will describe it closer to the end of the article, but for now let's look at some effects from the use of this drug.


Clenbuterol positive effects

Based on studies, the Clenbuterol uses anabolic has the following beneficial effects:

- Fat burning, muscle drying.
- The growth of strength and endurance.
- Decreased appetite.
- Prevention of muscle catabolism.

Despite the fact that the drug has practically no irreversible side effects, you should indicate the most common ones so that you are aware of:

- Heart palpitations (can be eliminated with beta-1 adrenergic blockers, 5 mg of Bisoprolol or 50 mg of Metoprolol in the morning). Honestly, my heart was beating like mad, at first I even thought to stop taking it, I stopped at a working dosage of 120 mcg.

- Tremor (trembling). I noticed only in the first days of admission, up to about 5-6 days, then gradually fades away. Can be eliminated with ketotifen.

- Sweating. Clenbuterol pills slightly increases body temperature, so you are constantly hot, you are sweating, and indeed a semi-painful state.

- Insomnia. If you take Clenbuterol late in the evening, then insomnia is possible, but it is eliminated with ketotifen 1-2 mg at night.

- Anxiety. A feeling of excitement periodically appears. Although it is difficult to notice, especially for impressionable people. Eliminated by ketotifen.

- High blood pressure. Beta-1 is eliminated by adrenergic blockers, 5 mg of Bisoprolol or 50 mg of Metoprolol in the morning.

- Diarrhea (stool disorder). It is possible in the first days of taking the drug.

- Nausea. It is very rare, but still sometimes possible.

- Cramps. Usually with an overdose or at the initial stage of taking the drug. Dangerous thing, because the heart is also a muscle. I took Clenbuterol in the swimming season, I was afraid that it might reduce something when you are far from the coast. The problem is solved by aspartame or panangin 2-3 times a day with meals.
Sometimes, a headache. It is associated, most often, with an increase in blood pressure.


Clenbuterol Dosage

Perhaps one of the most important issues for the person who decided to take Clenbuterol 40 for sale.

Clenbuterol is available in syrup and tablets. But we are interested in tablets, because the syrup is full of sugar, which contributes to the rapid production of insulin and stop fat loss.

Tablets are usually sold in a dosage of 0.04 mg (40 mcg), Clenbuterol hydrochloride. Also, tablets of 20 mcg and even 10 mcg are found. Dosage is indicated in micrograms (mcg), pay attention to this.

Anyway, never rush to shove something into yourself without understanding the dosage.

The network is full of conflicting recommendations on this subject, but I will write you three main and two dangerous regimens for taking clenbuterol, although, from my point of view, only one is advisable.

So, there are three main and two additional dangerous (marked with *) Clenbuterol regimens:

1. Clenbuterol Solo (Clenbuterol Only).

2. Clenbuterol + Ketotifen (with the aim of prolonging the course of maple).

3. Clenbuterol (2 weeks) + Ketotifen (2 weeks) + Clenbuterol (2 weeks).

(*) Clenbuterol + Yohimbine.

(*) Clenbuterol + T3 + Yohimbine.


What is a Clenbuterol cycle? Clenbuterol Solo Cycle 


Perhaps the most common course, and, in my opinion, the best. Best, because you do not need to extend the period of use and continue to stuff yourself with clenbuterol.

So, as a standard, the dose of Clenbuterol for sale should increase in the course of the first week (or rather, the first five days). Then the working dosage lasts 7 days, and after two days is reduced.

- Dosage of Clenbuterol for men: 100 to 160 mcg.

- Dosage of Clenbuterol for women: from 60 to 100 mcg.

I indicated the range of working dosage for a simple reason. Because all people are different, and someone will already feel very unwell for 4-5 days, that it will be impossible to continue, and some of 160 micrograms or so will feel a very weak effect.

In general, a dosage of 120 mcg on day 6-12 is suitable for most men, and 80 mcg will be sufficient for most women.

I always adhere to the rule: the less, the better. Not a single pill can replace your proper, competent training and diet.

The course of Balkanfarma Clenbuterol solo cycle for 2 weeks looks like this (based on the fact that one tablet in the package will be equal to 40 mcg):

Day 1: 20 mcg (0.02 mg or half a tablet).
Day 2: 40 mcg (0.04 mg or one tablet).
Day 3: 60 mcg (0.06 mg or one and a half tablets).
Day 4: 80 mcg (0.08 mg or two tablets).
Day 5: 100 mcg (0.10 mg or two and a half tablets).
Day 6: 120 mcg (0.12 mg or three tablets).
Day 7: 120 mcg (0.12 mg or three tablets).
Day 8: 120 mcg (0.12 mg or three tablets).
Day 9: 120 mcg (0.12 mg or three tablets).
Day 10: 120 mcg (0.12 mg or three tablets).
Day 11: 120 mcg (0.12 mg or three tablets).
Day 12: 120 mcg (0.12 mg or three tablets).
Day 13: 80 mcg (0.08 mg or two tablets).
Day 14: 40 mcg (0.04 mg or one tablet).

Further, the course of clenbuterol does not make sense, because the susceptibility of beta-2 adrenergic receptors decreases after two weeks to clenbuterol.

Important! How to use:

- While the dosage has not exceeded 80 mcg (with 80 still possible), then we drink at a time, in the morning 15-30 minutes before breakfast!

- When the dosage has exceeded 80 mcg, then divide the dosage by 2 times! 80 mcg in the morning on an empty stomach 15-30 minutes before meals, the rest (20 or 40 mcg) at 12-14 hours 15-30 minutes before dinner!

Girls need to plan a course of Clenbuterol on the 5-6th day of the cycle (i.e. at the very end of menstruation), so you have time to complete the course before the next menstruation. I do not recommend girls to exceed the working dosage of 80-100 mcg (instead of 100-160 mcg in men).

Before use, check for contraindications! Clenbuterol Side effects and contraindications I mentioned above. In short, those who have heart problems are better off.

Another tip, from the first day of taking Clenbuterol, start drinking Asparkum (or Panangin, but it is more expensive, Asparkam is enough), 1 tablet after meals 3 times a day.

To extend the course of clenbuterol to 30 days, you can include the drug ketotifen in the course.

Clenbuterol cycle with Ketotifen

Ketotifen is a drug that stabilizes mast cell membranes, which increases the sensitivity of beta-2 adrenergic receptors.

Fair. I see no reason to prolong the course of Clenbuterol and thereby increase the load on the heart, liver and other organs. But quite often, people use clenbuterol with ketotifen.

As a result of this, Clenbuterol cycle can be extended for a month.

I barely survived two weeks, because there was a rapid heartbeat, a constant feeling that you were sick and sweating. Why is it in this state for a month, when you can perfectly burn excess fat through training and diet, I do not understand.

This option is suitable only if you specifically did not have time to dry by the right time, you have one month left and you decided to speed up the process a little.

The course of Clenbuterol + Ketotifen for a month looks like this (based on the fact that one tablet in the package will be equal to 40 mcg):

Day 1: 20 mcg of Clenbuterol (0.02 mg or half a tablet).
Day 2: 40 mcg of Clenbuterol (0.04 mg or one tablet).
Day 3: 60 mcg of Clenbuterol (0.06 mg or one and a half tablets).
Day 4: 80 mcg of Clenbuterol (0.08 mg or two tablets).
Day 5: 100 mcg of Clenbuterol (0.10 mg or two and a half tablets).
Day 6-27: 120 mcg of Clenbuterol (0.12 mg or three tablets) + 2 mg of ketotifen overnight.
Day 28: 80 mcg of clenbuterol (0.12 mg or three tablets) + 2 mg of ketotifen overnight.
Day 29: 60 mcg of Clenbuterol (0.12 mg or three tablets) + 1-2 mg of ketotifen overnight.
Day 30: 40 mcg of clenbuterol (0.12 mg or three tablets) + 1 mg of ketotifen overnight.

This should be followed by at least two weeks break!
Ketotifen is taken at night, and Clenbuterol in the morning. Clenbuterol dosages are the same (if the dosage is more than 80 mcg, then divide the dosage into two doses). Girls should not exceed a dosage of 80-100 mcg.

Clenbuterol cycle + rest with Ketotifen

A little exotic scheme, but in the West they speak very positively about it.

A break without ketotifen is useless! The susceptibility of beta-2 adrenergic receptors to clenbuterol alone will recover only after 2-3 months.

This regimen is very similar to the first regimen (solo), but after a course of clenbuterol follows a two-week recovery with ketotifen (2 mg per night).

Day 1: 20 mcg Clenbuterol (0.02 mg or half a tablet).
Day 2: 40 mcg of Clenbuterol (0.04 mg or one tablet).
Day 3: 60 mcg Clenbuterol (0.06 mg or one and a half tablets).
Day 4: 80 mcg Clenbuterol (0.08 mg or two tablets).
Day 5: 100 mcg of Clenbuterol (0.10 mg or two and a half tablets).
Day 6: 120 mcg of Clenbuterol (0.12 mg or three tablets).
Day 7: 120 mcg Clenbuterol (0.12 mg or three tablets).
Day 8: 120 mcg Clenbuterol (0.12 mg or three tablets).
Day 9: 120 mcg of Clenbuterol (0.12 mg or three tablets).
Day 10: 120 mcg of Clenbuterol (0.12 mg or three tablets).
Day 11: 120 mcg Clenbuterol (0.12 mg or three tablets).
Day 12: 120 mcg Clenbuterol (0.12 mg or three tablets).
Day 13: 80 mcg Clenbuterol (0.08 mg or two tablets).

Break for two weeks, taking ketotifen at night  2 mg.
After a break, a two-week course of Clenbuterol solo can be repeated.

Let's take a look at the main questions that arise when taking clenbuterol.

Should I drink clenbuterol if I just started exercising?

Not. At the beginning of training, progress so goes by leaps and bounds, there is no need to take clenbuterol. It is better to focus on compiling a competent training plan and nutrition plan, and follow them. This will give much greater and more stable progress than the course of clenbuterol.

After the course is over, won't I put on those same pounds?

Not. I did not notice such an effect. As a rule, after a course of clenbuterol, fat burning slows down a little, i.e. you begin to lose weight at the same rate with which you lost weight before the course. But it all depends on your diet and genetic makeup.

Why take Asparkam?

Clenbuterol steroid intake creates a deficiency of potassium in the body. Aspartic acid preparations (aspartame and panangin) increase the content of potassium and magnesium ions in the body, make up for the deficiency of aspartic acid, improves skeletal muscle tone, antioxidant effect. In short, the cramps disappear.

It's one thing if you bring your leg or arm together. And if your heart is reduced? It's the same muscle. Better, as they say, to overlook than not to overlook.

If you stick to a diet, do strength and cardio training, will the effect be better?

Diet, competent power and low-intensity cardio training will only improve the result of taking clenbuterol.

It also plays an important role in how clenbuterol itself will affect you. The susceptibility of beta-2 adrenergic receptors is initially different for everyone.

How much can I lose on Clenbuterol Solo?

It all depends on your individual sensitivity to clenbuterol, gender, age, the severity of your diet and training. Also, there are different manufacturers of clenbuterol. Each of them works in a different way. I have used clenbuterol from the Balkan.

Is it true that menstruation disappears from clenbuterol?

Clenbuterol is not a cause of loss of menstruation. The reason may be a sharp weight loss. Some girls lose weight relatively quickly (up to 3-4 kg per week). The body perceives this as stress, and insures itself by stopping the cycle. The point is not even the lost kilograms, but the speed of their loss. Anyway, the problem with a broken cycle in girls is quite common, even without clenbuterol.


My feelings of Clenbuterol cycle

On the 1-7th day of taking, trembling was felt in the fingers. Then asthma disappeared.

At the beginning of the intake, I began to notice small cramps in the legs and calves, bought Asparkam, drank 3 times a day after eating, the cramps disappeared.

On the 5th day (100 mcg of clenbuterol), the heart was beating like mad and feeling very unwell! I thought it was enough. I was afraid to increase the dosage more. But still, the next day, I increased the dosage to 120 mcg, and stuck to this dosage for 12 days inclusive.

I lost 4 kg over the course. I cannot say that all this is due to clenbuterol. In addition to him, I followed a strict diet, 4 times a week I did cardio after strength training, which I had 4-5 times a week.

Remember that without a diet, clenbuterol is nothing more than a remedy for asthma! To eat everything in a row, do nothing, eat pills and lose weight, it doesn’t happen! I mean rational ways.

I prefer not to consider “dry muscle growth” while taking clenbuterol, because if there is any small effect in this regard, then it is so weak that it is hardly worth talking about it seriously.
